Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. International shipping is also available to select countries. Please note that international shipping may be subject to additional charges and longer delivery times.

Shipping Times

  • Australia & New Zealand: Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch.
  • International Orders: Shipping times vary depending on the destination but usually range from 7-21 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Australia & New Zealand: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5 for all orders. Free shipping is available on orders over $100.
  • International: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs and import duties may be applied once the shipment reaches its destination. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by bioVITALITY. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information.
